What makes a good title sequence according to Kyle Cooper (task 5)

What Kyle Cooper thinks

Kyle Cooper is a world renowned title sequence designer, you probably have seen his work in Seven, The Mummy and Spiderman.

Cooper states that 'a good title sequence allows the audience to establish expectations and be prepared for what they are about to watch.' He also says that a good title sequence should let the audience figure out the tone, mood and genre almost instantly.

Kyle Cooper likes to make simple, realistic things amazing. He does this through his choice of shots. Other than camera work the choice of music helps to create the atmosphere.
Cooper would rather make a visual impact rather than using speech.
